"Never been treated so rudely. Was not greeted or recognized when I came in. Good half hour waiting before the lady who was talking in the back room came out and spoke to us. Neither of us were told to sign in, so we did at that time. She said he would be first and I would be second, which was only fair because he was waiting when I arrived. Then 3 other guys walked in and sat down. The same lady who ignored me the entire time called a name that was not mine and he sat in the chair and I walked straight out the door. No respect. Ridiculous. I spent my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing."

"I never leave bad reviews but I don’t want this to happen to someone else. I showed the lady that was cutting my hair a photo and said I just want the fade in the photo and it was a low drop fade. She ended up giving me a mid fade. Then I I see this and say to her I don’t want anything off the top then she takes some off the top to I asked her after that to just take alittle bit off then she takes half of the hair on the top off I’ve been trying to grow my hair out for the past 3 months now I have to start over with the annoying process all over again. Because she couldn’t listen to what I was telling her. This isn’t my first time have the issue here ether. I will never be getting my hair cut here again."

"Not sure what the deal is today, but after months of coming here, I think we're done. My son and I got similar haircuts, and while mine was alright (despite my barber showing me where she was going to cut down to, then going noticeably shorter), my son's took FAR too long. He started before I did, and took twice as long. His barber was either inexperienced or incompetent, because a mid-fade shouldn't take near that long. Haven't seen her there before, but it's convinced me not to bother coming back if that's so damn difficult."

"AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My son will start his 7th grade with the worst haircut. It's disappointing that the hairdresser rushed through the haircut, resulting in discomfort and visible redness on his neck. He was out in the thanksgiving 10min it’s and really upset. The lack of attention to detail is evident in the poorly curved line at the bottom, which is well above the neckline. Additionally, the sides were poorly finished, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. It's unfortunate that when I confronted the hairdresser, she seemed unresponsive and unhelpful. Such a frustrating experience and lack of professionalism."
