"I've never been more confused by a service. Had the owner (I think) come to service my pool twice and after he left the 2nd time I went to check the pool and it hadn't been cleaned at all. I took pictures, called, left a voicemail, and sent a text message asking what happened and that he didn't need to come back. No response at all. Earlier in the week I called on a Tuesday asking what day my pool would be serviced. He said Friday and I asked about him coming out sooner because it was dirty. He said he would stop by the next day but that didn't happen and he showed up on Friday, didn't knock, didn't call, and I don't know what he did and just left. Had another pool company come out today so 3 days after his last "pool cleaning" to test the water because it is cloudy. They said the water sample showed no signs of chlorine, acid, or any chemicals at all. I honestly have no idea what Niagara Pools did to my pool but it definitely wasn't add chemicals or clean anything."
