"The lashes looked great when I left, but they didn’t last more than 48 hours. I visited this location Saturday because I needed a quick refill and my regular lash stylist at a different facility was not available. I googled and found this location and made a same day appointment. The facility, staff and location are great, but the technique/products are not. They didn’t wash my lashes or use primer before starting and they didn’t add bonder or extra glue at the end. I’ve been getting my lashes done for five years and these steps are all standard procedure. All of the lashes they did fell out by Monday. The lashes I had before the appointment stayed, so it wasn’t a normal lash cycle. For the prices they charge, they should consider following standard industry practices for better results."

"I am so sorry but I got the worst lash lift ): I’m not sure if it’s because they utilize the same type of thingy they stick in your eye to perm your lashes no matter your eye shape, but my lashes have never looked like this when getting an lash lift before & I can’t wait for it to go away because I hate how they look right now ): I did put 3 stars because the girl that did them was super super nice & kind & I really loved that, but I was so excited to have pretty lifted lashes since they curl into my eyes sometimes but they’re just like curled toward my eyelid & not lifted up like all other lash lifts I’ve gotten & to try to make it better I still have to use an eyelash curler & mascara which I normally wouldn’t have to! That why I wanted the lift after all ! I’m just so disappointed because I really wanted to love them. The place was super cute, super clean, & like I said the girl that did them was so so nice I just can’t return for this service unfortunately ):"

"I highly recommend this establishment! I’ve been a client of theirs for quite some time. the business is always clean, and the lash artists are all very friendly and professional. Sydney is the absolute best. She’s such a sweet girl and my lashes always look AMAZING! Either we’re chatting the whole time, or she lets me nap. She exceeds all of my lash wants and expectations, and never disappoints! I used to bounce all over looking for a lash artist I was satisfied with. After seeing Sydney, I can’t foresee myself ever getting my lashes done by another artist who isn’t her."
