"Same as Ilem Morales, (I think he uses cheap contractors so he can make more money) the floor contractors he used didn't level the decking properly, so when it rains my seating area under my pergola floods and floods real bad (so now i have two pools ) THANK GOOD we haven't had any storms cause i would have been really screwed, called Laz said he was going to fix it , 90 days later after leaving tons of voice messages and sending endless texts and videos ,still hasn't responded. now i have to redo the entire decking leading to the house more $$$, tried a simple fix by adding a deck drain but it still floods because of how poorly the pitch was done on the floor, now i have to get the whole flooring redone more $$$, wouldn't recommended this company to my worst enemy, he's always on time to collect his money but when you have issues or things not done right that needs to get fixed be prepared to constantly chasing him, take my advice spend the additional $$$ and find a more reputable company it worth it than the headaches, time and effort wasted with this company ."

"Everything was going great, until it didn't. The terrace was never finished. The tile around the pool was not supported correctly ad gave in. We basically have to do The floor, about 1500sq feet again The company they subcontract to do the floors, never came back to work. We had to find someone else to finished. I never got a call back as to why. Not happy."
