"Our pool heater stopped working, and my neighbor, who always has the best recommendations for services, gave me the contact of this company. We set an appointment for Friday, which was canceled by the technician due to lighting and moved to Monday. Nobody showed up on Monday, and nobody called on Tuesday. We called on Wednesday, and the person claiming she is a manager could not find us in the system. She called back in a few minutes and said that her three technicians were in our house on Monday and fixed the pool and were in our house and taught my husband and me how to use a panel( we know how to use our panel; there is nothing wrong with our panel). Our card was charged $125 for the service. We got very confused. Nobody showed up in our house on Friday or Monday, 24-hour cameras detected only a black snake in front of our house, the pool heater is not working, and they don’t have pictures or our signatures about the service provided. I called again on Thursday and asked that lady manager to check the address they went to, but she rudely refused. I asked to talk to the owner, but she said he was done with us and didn’t want to talk; I asked her to speak to 3 technicians who “ came” to our house and so on…. She was rude and rude, yelling they disagreed and would never provide any services for us again, and dropped the phone. It is so bizarre to have such rudeness and unwillingness to solve the mistake they obviously made. We are completely speechless."

"This is a copy of the email that we sent to Pool Service Unlimited after the work they did for us in March 2023: Dear Pool Service Unlimited, We just want to express our appreciation for the great job that you did in replacing our pool equipment and also the attention that you gave after the installation. One of your staff came out last Monday and did a thorough cleaning of our pool after we had our lanai cleaned and power washed.
