"Spas & More was the last of 3 stores we shopped at. So glad we didn't settle @ two. We wanted a tub with a matte finish, something not too big, and a good color for our patio. Lori was a joy to work with and the tub she showed us was perfect. We signed up, the tub was in stock, and they delivered it the next day. The boys came out, set it up, and tested everything. A light was bad from the factory, a few days later they had that repaired. I built some steps and a tub height table. Now, we watch the sunset from it most every night (lightning storms permitting). The tub we choose was a Plug & Play unit. It has plenty of jet power for our use. For our part of Florida, 99 degrees seems fine. To keep it simple, we simply add a scant 1/4" cap of chlorine granules before getting in. It's been over a month and the water is clear as the day they set it up. Great purchase and great service from Spas & More."

"Wow, what a great local, family-owned business. We were looking for a smaller hot tub, read the reviews for Spas and More, and thought we would check them out. Lori was so helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. We ended up buying a small used hot tub and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Lori's father and son, delivered and set everything up and gave us great advice on proper maintenance. Lori also included all the chemicals to get started with hand-written instructions on the bottles. She even found and included an owner's manual for the tub.
