"Located in a convenient area with many shops around. Unfortunately, the experience at this Ulta is very unpleasant. Staff is not friendly, judgmental, and discriminatory. They stand around and stare and only help certain customers. While there was a decent amount of inventory available I had to sift through makeup and products that were packaged like new but were opened and used. As a platinum member I’ve been to several locations and after numerous visits I will try to avoid this location if possible."

"I went to get my makeup and hair done for my engagement photo shoot and Laura was great with knowing my hair type and how to style it! Elise did wonderfully on my makeup! 10/10 I would go back to her. I trusted her the entire time and didn’t peak, when she turned me around all I could say was WOW! I loved that she provided the ultimate customer service experience and all the employees there were amazing!"

"I just left Ulta and want to say, Tania was amazing! As well as Katie at the register, but Tania approached while I was looking at skin care because I was trying to find a cost efficient replacement to a moisturizer. She showed me a great alternative but I am super picky but she was able to ask questions and find my perfect dupe, as well as find me a perfect foundation for my shows. Shes super nice and welcoming. Plus with how her makeup is done it’s easy to trust her on makeup advice. Either promote her or give that girl a raise because she has Store manager energy. Also the store was super clean and put together all associates where kind. But Tania and Katie really went that extra mile. Keep it up ya’ll are a great team!!"

I had ordered a perfume online that was supposed to come with a free gift that I didn’t receive; so, I went in-store to see if I could just pick it up there, the ladies working were very friendly and happy to help! Unfortunately, the gift that I was looking for had run out, but to compensate they provided 2 of the other free gifts from the same brand."

"Every manufacturer has changed their Moroccan Argan Oil!! GRRRRR It should be brown oil that my hair will absorb that lasts a week. Not a clear serum that sits on top of my hair and lasts only a day or two max! I don’t want an oil treatment. I want the plain Argon oil I used to get. A sales lady was well informed and took me around the store to find a brand she could recommend. She actually listened and read the ingredients to make sure. Hopefully this works. She informed me I can return it if it’s. It working out. Thanks for the great service."
