"I asked for my son’s hair to have spikes or be spikey on top. This what I got! I was treated a little off because I did not realize I had coupon which expired the day before. I asked to have #3 on top and this what Julie did :/ I have been going regularly for hair cuts and he never had cut like this before. My son even said it felt very harsh and rough the way clippers were being used on him. He said it did not feel like this the last time we went mommy.I felt so bad for him.I paid full price for this haircut to. We won’t be going back."

We had a brief 30 minute wait, so we walked to Hobby Lobby and shopped then headed back and we were taken within minutes of arriving back. Highly, highly recommend!!! Allison did my sister's cut and my sister said she was the only stylist who understood the cut my sister wanted. She was also very happy with her cut. "Just got my Two kids hair cut and my daughter was a little scared of the clippers. Gabby was incredibly understanding and she was super kind an tried to help calm my anxious daughter. Allison cut my son's hair exactly how he wanted just like tony stark! They were very kind and amazing, we checked in on the way and got in pretty quickly. Will definitely be bringing the whole family here from now on."

"I brought my daughter in for a TRIM to the Winter Springs location. I asked the woman to take 2 inches, straight across. I have NEVER seen someone cut hair the way this woman did. She had absolutely no method to how she was cutting, my daughter’s curly hair was half dry. I was texting my husband telling him this woman was hacking our daughter's hair, as it was happening. After I thought she was done, she went back to the back and started cutting all over without taking a pause to check where she was cutting. Not only is my daughter’s hair multiple lengths, it is drastically shorter that what we had talked about. The fact that this woman could finish and not notice how different both sides were, I do not believe she ever had any training. She was in the first booth on the right side when you come in, they would not tell me her name. I am attaching photos of what we asked for and what she did to my 6 year old."
