"Me and my family went to try this location for the first time since we want to do some Christmas shopping. First, as soon as we enter nobody greet us, then we went to the fragrance section, but there were a group of three employees there all talking in a circle. All of them actively avoided us and were glaring at us without saying a word. Very condescending attitudes and all looked at us like we were inconveniencing them for asking for help to unlock the perfume behind the cabinet. I was disappointed because I usually have a great experience at Ulta."

"Today I experienced the worst experience ever at the Winter Springs Ulta. I had to return for redken all soft products in which one manager called another manager saying that the bottle of shampoo was not the right consistency. They fought with me over and over and over as a long line stood and watched me be treated in such a manner. I said I purchased this here now as a consumer I am scared that I was sold something that had been tampered with. They said that it had looked like I put water in it. I said you guys are saying the other three products are perfectly fine but not the shampoo I would never do anything like that. I did ask them to settle down and I did not like the way I was being treated and if we could get through this process professionally. She snapped at me and said I will do it this one time for you. I'm not sure the manager's name but I can tell you it is Saturday and it is 2:35 she was short with glasses and red hair more of a maroon red hair. I was trying to shop right there because she told me it would be store credit in which she was completely wrong it was supposed to all go on my AmEx again a whole line watching me be treated like this. She got so frustrated with me called the other manager over and said just to spend this she can just go shop I said ma'am I am trying to pick up the samples of olaplex and the big red sexy that makes your hair big. Then she did figure out it was supposed to go on my amex. I walked away with manners I went to the back to the Redskins section to see if I could find a product that they no longer sell when I was doing so I ran into one of the stylists named David he treated me so well I was in tears from the way I was treated up front I gave him a big hug and I said I want you to know you just made my experience so much better here. I want David to be congratulated for his customer service he is wonderful and he's the only reason I will come back to this ulta and I will get my hair done by David so I truly hope someone pants him on the back and says thank you for your customer service."

"This Ulta has great and knowledgeable staff! I went in looking for an exfoliating face scrub. Someone helped me find exactly what I wanted by demonstrating how to use it on the back of my hand. It was nice! Well about a week later I dropped the product and one side shattered. It was a double ended product made of thick heavy glass. I was devastated because it was $70. I went back to the store, explained what happened and they let me exchange it! Ive been coming to this store for a while now and every time I go to this location I get great service and helpful employees! Thank you so much!"

"I had an amazing brow waxing experience with Chanel! She was very sweet and friendly, and she listened to exactly what I wanted with my brows! Before starting she showed me the brow shape outline she had made first to make sure it was what I wanted. Chanel made the whole process easy going with how engaged she was in conversation, and how soft the actual waxing was. It was the least painful waxing experience, I would say it was a 2/10, I honestly could not believe how perfect they came out because of almost no pain felt with the waxing, i was thinking, “Is she taking any hair off!?!”. Wow, it was truly unbelievable! To top it off, at the end you will get a nice brow conditioner for soothing, making your brows soft instead of sticky from Aloe Vera gels. Chanel is simply amazing and I am excited to book with her at Ulta again!"
