"Walked in the store at 7:59 on 2-28-23 and the cashier was attending like 6 people when he shouts over them ITS 8:00 ON THE DOT!! WE’RE CLOSED!!! I actually thought he was saying welcome in the beginning. Very rude way to treat a customer. I understand it’s actually at the point you want to close and go home but there’s definitely a better and nicer way to go about it. He could’ve locked the door to prevent other customers from entering or had me enter and closed it right after. Instead he shouts like his life is on the line over the customers he’s already helping. It’s like, God forbid I allow another customer to enter right on the 8:00 dot. I’ve could’ve been helped and done by the time he was done with the rest of the customers in the store. I would never shut close the door in any customers face."

"Great experience I was greeted as soon as I walked inby a friendly you g lady named Luna I went in for balloons and I had no clue where to start but she offered me some ideas that worked and I'm really satisfied how they turned out . I love the new look of the store . I think they got rid of the costume area. It looks alot cleaner and spacious"

"Whatever you want for a party you come here. They have tablecloths they have multiple color m&Ms. They have lots of candy and gifts to give to all the kids at a party. As a kid I used to love to get one of the bouncing balls any of the bouncing balls and just play with it I love that memory. They also have a lot of balloons that they can blow for you a variety of balloons. He can choose which one you want. Your party will be set after your purchase at Party City."
