"It was horrible. At the arrival time, the lady took care of a gentleman, she was nice, talked to him, o waited 20 minutes, and I decided to drive and buy groceries and to come back. At my arrival time, she was close to being finished with the haircut, and after he paid , she called me. To my surprise, she cut my hair in 4 minutes At the time, I said that is not right She answered : we don't do hair styles here! And you have not much hair anyways!!! Plopppppp I wanted to say that because I am not a man, you can flirted with!!! Never more!!!!"

"Went there as always for the last three years or more . Got a guy I see for the first time to cut my hair . I bet he is never heard of customer service in his life , zero experience . I told him what I want even my hair was still short but I wanted to thin it all over . My hair is thick . As soon as the guy started using that special Cesar to cut I knew he has no idea about what he is doing , he just started cutting randomly. I said ok stop , I wanted to explain to him what he suppose to do ,he asked me if I like to wait for another barber and I said yes please right away . Out of no where he started talking about me while am waiting and making fun of me and he has no patient for me . I just walked out of the store thinking ,, who is the customer here ? Me or him ? Who is paying the $19 for haircut . Me or him ? What kind of customer service is that . Am thinking not to go back again to a store where employees don’t know what customer service is . If your store still open that’s because of customers who come in and pay . Anyway one customer down ."
