"I had my hair styled by Donna. I needed something that would hold up in Las Vegas, it was very hot at time. I played golf and my hair was still curly. I was there for 10 days and my hair was still looking good. It was my first time with Donna and I will definitely go to her again."

"Been going here for years since I have a very inconsistent schedule I could always get in with someone who was good and the price were pretty low. Went in today and I had an appointment with someone new which I expected. Just before I sat in the chair she tells me she charges $40 more than the average in the salon is that ok? I hesitated then thought, no that’s not alright. I let the desk know that I’m not going to have her do my hair and pay more. I’m not sure if she is worth $40 more. Stunned! Not sure what that was about but it annoyed me so much that I don’t think I’ll go there anymore."

"Today July 28, 2023, First, my kids and I went to the JCP Salon and had the most horrific experience. My son Eric had a disaster hair cut done by Rex, she did several boys spots on him, the boy is crying and emotionally affected by this. Second, I was supposed to have 2 inches of root color touch up and this ended up awful. I did not received more than 2 inches of color on my hair, I did not had a proper shampoo done on my hair. Total of this disaster is $88 Manager and the stylist Rex had an horrific customer Service. I will Not recommend this Salon not even to my worst enemy. Pictures Attached."
