"DO NOT USE THIS STYLIST!! Per recommendation I scheduled an appt with this stylist. Prior to my appointment and while I was sitting in her salon chair I specifically said no layers, keep it long. Not only did she chop ALL my hair off, she gave me horrible uneven layers that I asked her NOT to do. Then she proceeded to charge me EXTRA because the cut went over an hour which was HER fault because she continued to chop my hair off. My hair was butt length and she took it above my bra. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are more than just 1 upset customer. She’s been doing this for years."
