"Not my spa but was asked to take care of it while they were away. Took waster sample to Leslie. Lady there was very nice and very helpful. Told me what I needed. Some Chem. I had but other I didn't and she explained what,how much and how to add. Great place."

"Technician came today did not provide information to customer as requested. Automated system did not work properly called technician and was advised he would contact his boss and get back to us NO RESPONSE. He apparently changed times without our knowledge and system had to be manually turned off. Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment and still no resolution. Called and spoke to offshore person who could not help. Worst service. Do not use Leslie’s Pool"

"7/9/2020 In Leslie’s Pool Supply in Port Charlotte, FL store 565, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Christopher G. He helped to quickly and efficiently check the levels in my water sample. When I asked for advice on test strips or a testing kit he told me that the testing kit was more efficient. However, I ended up choosing the test strips because in the home we are renting, we are required to have a pool service and I was in between services. Having the information he provided, I was better able to make a decision. After testing the pool water sample, I was provided with instructions along with the products I purchased. I was so pleased with how well my questions were answered that I returned the next day to buy a new filter, pool lights, and other products. The store 565 was very clean and organized. Thank you to Christopher G. for giving my boyfriend and I peace of mind and excellent service!"
