"We're new pool owners and had a great experience the first time we came in. The older gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and explained that we could bring in a water sample anytime we wanted and they'd tell us what was needed. The last three times we came in, a younger guy waited on us and was a little snarky for my liking, especially considering we have spent hundreds of collars on chemicals since our first visit. Today was the last straw when my wife had to deal with him. I'll spare you the details but we won't be going back."

"Ulysses is great! He knows everything about pools and is always ready to give some good advice about how to take care of the pool. He is knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. He is the main the reason we come to this store."

"I was at the North Port Store 17473 Tamiami Trail and I wanted to purchase liquid chlorine for my pool. The Associate at the register, name Mr. Luc T. Said I can’t purchase it? they had 9 left. on a pallet. He told me my boss said I can’t sell it? This is so ridiculous, I drove their for nothing in 100 degree heat wave. This is not customer service at all! I won’t be coming back again, to purchase anything from your store. I will take my business to another pool supply. now you lost a customer!. So I went to Pinch A Penny instead. If I could give a 0 review star!! I would of. Poor customer service."

"We called to verify that they had the item we wanted to purchase in stock. They said they had plenty of them in stock. We arrived and walked into the store. We were immediately greated by the employees even though they were busy waiting on other customers. When they finished taking care of the customers at the registers they took care of us. It turned out the item (a cannister pool filter) was on sale so we bought two. We also bought another item to clean a cannister pool filter. The filters and the other item work extremely well."
