"After being soaked by Pool Boys for a prolonged period of time, The Manager at Leslie Pools in Englewood took the time and was very thorough with setting the chemicals straight. Pool Boys had the chemicals so far off on my hot tub, it was suggested I drain the hot tub and start over! I will be happy to return to Leslie each week to gain his insight and knowledge! 5-Stars!"

"Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I have to take 30 mins out of my day to drive up there only to find out that their water testing is down, so trying to call the following days so that my time isn't wasted AGAIN....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. So simple."

"Visited store today to return two items and purchase another. Employee that was there was by herself did a fantastic job of taking care of 5 different people at the counter and two more that were waiting. Kudos to her for never losing her cool and knowing her stuff. Great Job!"

"Customer service is not to be found in this store, except for one person. Sorry, I didn't get the names so I have to go with descriptions. The older lady with the longer dark gray hair should find another job. It is very obvious she hates her job and has no respect for customers. She is rude and she is the reason why I will take my business somewhere else. However, the young lady with the tattoos and piercings was great. She provided A-1 customer service, which is why the review is two stars."
