"I signed a contract with Jason stroppl and don't get any response from this man. There's no front office to call and speak with someone else, there is only Jason. I also found out my contract is written under his fathers license who is deceased and I have yet to receive any response from sandcastle pools of what's happening moving forward. I have requested the $3956 deposit that was paid and Jason ignores all requests. I have reported this business/Jason stropple to the DBPR. Jason is not licensed!!!!!"
