"They scheduled an interview with me on November 23rd at 9 am. After waiting a half hour I called to see what was going on. A tremendously rude lady answered the phone. Attitude and nasty!! Eventually she told me that I'd receive a call back. I'm still waiting on that! I don't care if you give me a job or not...at least honor your appointment or give me a heads up and reschedule!! Very rude very unprofessional. Wouldn't work for a company like this anyways"

"So he hired Derek to do a diamond brite in Aug, & a tile job he owes Derek 4,500.00 still hasn't PAID.This man should NOT ONLY PAY BUT STICK TO CLEANING POOLS"

"The owner takes great pride in his company and makes sure all work is professional and completed on time. He is very hands on when needed and responds quickly to your concerns. Our Pool Techs, Ethan and Patrick, are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process (we had a lot of algae), answer questions and concerns. They have made our pool beautiful again."

"I don't know how this place has 5 star reviews.. don't think so. I called this establishment a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and show me how my new pool works at my new home. I scheduled for Tuesday and called back 10 minutes after to change the day to Thursday (today) so my husband could be here also. Noone ever showed up to my home for my appointment, during my appointment window 12 -2pm. Nor did anyone call to let me know. I had to call at 145 and spoke with a man who told me the pool tech, Ethan, had gone home early today . Well, that doesn't help me much, I sat here all afternoon waiting for this appointment. I went online and wrote a review about this company and all of a sudden I got a call from Florida Pool Works telling me they are on their way. Uh, no. I already called and spoke to another really nice pool person who sounded really smart, so I proceeded to tell Florida pool works , No thank you. The guy started giving me excuses defensively saying he had no control over his techs family emergencies, and this is true. He does however as a good business person have an obligation to not waste people's time. I would have been an especially good paying client on his schedule if just a tiny bit of respect was given for his mistake. Then in the rebuttal to this review he tries to give my personal information out, seriously?? Wrong move! You didn't get the name right, or spelling.. I can't believe the rudeness, today was supposed to be a great pool education day, instead it turned into a kick in the teeth by a local business man. I never hung up or yelled at anyone. I believe kindness gets your farther in life. This is crazy, I'm looking for another pool educator. I just need to post my truth about my experience."
