"Went in for a haircut had very long hair, decided to go shorter just below my shoulders with shaggy bangs added in. The stylist said if I went to shoulder length it would look thicker I said it’s just hair that’s only an inch difference let’s go for it! Shoulder length hair with bangs.. I WALKED OUT WITH MY HAIR CHOPPED TO MY EARS!! This is not a small miscommunication.. I had to STOP the haircut!! I just wanted to pay and get out of there… Do not go there!!! Someone immediately came to the cashier and said I did not have to pay seeing the disaster on my head.. I’m missing 12 inches of hair! They offered to re-cut it for free of charge, but that does not bring your hair back! I’m deviated. yes it’s just hair.. and if that’s how you feel, come here!"
