She is so amazing at everything she does and always takes her time doing my nails, she really takes care of her clients! Also she is up to date with trends which is a huge plus."

"I don’t even know. The experience here is so inconsistent. The very first time I came here I was so impressed that I didn’t mind paying the more expensive fees because it felt worth it. My last few times here have really got me never wanting to come back. Like what in the playdough is happening to my nails here? So lumpy and fat and thick. Horrible. The guy I saw was very annoyed with me (I don’t know why) rushed me, cut three of my fingers, and couldn’t wait to seat the next person. My nails look awful and I truly feel embarrassed. I wanted to have nice nails for my new job next week and instead I look ridiculous. This place is a hard pass for me. I’m done giving them more chances."

"The nails are a terrible disaster. I was supposed to pay $40 which is very overpriced but I can live with that. The lady did my nails way shorter that I told her to and not similar to the almond shape. They are uneven and sharp. At the end she said the price is $65 which is ridiculous for the service I received. Not even mentioning they still use PLASTIC TIPS in 2023."

You can tell all the employees respect and care for another along with customers that come to make you feel like family. I speaks volumes when I bring my infant son and everyone will help cheer him up if he starts to get fussy while I get my nails or toes done."

"I had a good experience, they had a huge wall of colors you could chose from whether you were getting acrylics, gel, sns or anything you needed color for. I would say there were atleast a hundred colors or more on the wall. It was also very bright and clean on the inside. I brought in a reference photo for the design I wanted and a reference photo for the shape I wanted and they turned out even better than I expected. I didn’t get his name but the man who did my nails when it came to the line work seemed to really pay close attention to it and made sure they came out perfect which I really appreciated and after every step through the whole process since the moment I had sat down he approved everything by me before moving on whether it was the shape of the nail, confirming again that I liked the shade of nail polish, and even confirming after each little line if I liked how they looked. The nails don’t feel bumpy or thick at all either, my biggest pet peeve when getting my nails done is when it feels like they are rushing your nails and it felt like he was taking his time with mine. There was a nail, my left middle finger, which you can probably see in the photo, that he did cut a little too close to the cuticle which caused some bleeding and did sting a little but it wasn’t too bad and didn’t bother me too much so I let him continue. Although, my only somewhat complaint is that I didn’t feel like there was a broad selection for shades of brown, it was either a super dark brown, very pale almost grey brown or one singular yellowish type lighter brown which could just be a me problem wanting a specific color. Overall I had a great experience and I absolutely love the nails I came out with and would definitely go again or recommend to a friend!"
