"I am so happy I picked hello smooth med spa out of all the other options I had, I really wish I would have came in sooner. They have the best lasers, Racquel Maccagno, and Pilar Hogans are the best at what they do. They made me feel so welcome and they are very knowledgeable about what they do. The facility is very clean, and welcoming. They even offer me a drink every time I come. I couldn’t be happier that I picked here to get my laser hair removal done. So much reduction in my hair growth already and it has only been 3 sessions, I still have 6 more to go and I am so happy with my progress."

"Bad experience. Would not recommend for anyone to go there. The nurse practitioner was very aggressive and curt. They are overpriced and don’t give a darn about patient comfort. I have been in the medical field and worked with patients for forty years and compassion for patients is of utmost importance. If you have no compassion you need to find another profession. After the consultation I decided to go elsewhere. Too bad for them since I know a lot of women that wanted to check them out and were waiting to hear feedback about my experience there. We will take our business elsewhere."
