"I have been a customer at this salon for a long time. Recently there has been changes at the nail salon including the people. My most recent experience I got a gel manicure my nails were not buffed nor was the manicure done thorough and I believe that’s why my gel polish chipped away the next day. I came in a few days later to get the nail fixed. After a week almost every nail had polish chipped. I called and once again I came in to get them fixed, but then I was asked to pay 10 dollars. I just don’t agree that’s how to handle it especially I used my time multiple times to come in for your screw up. I won’t come back."

"I normally don’t write reviews, but I just left the nail place and am not happy. I have a nail place I normally go to but didn’t want to take the drive, saw these reviews and it’s near where I’m at now so figured I’d give it a try…I got dip nails. One nail is completely off centered. Two nails are already scuffed because my technician didn’t use UV gel polish on top, they were air dried with basic top coat (not normal). I asked for shorter nails, and they’re the same length just shaped different. When I tried to pull back my hand to see the length she pulled it back to keep working. As you can see my thumb nail is completly mishapened. Only writing so people who are trying it for the first time know what they can possibly expect. Won’t return."

"I have been searching for a nail salon for years! I’ve tried at least 8 and every time my nails pop off within a week or two. I started coming to American Nails and my set can last me up to 5 weeks! Elly is my girl and no matter how difficult I make it she always does even better !!! This place is awesome."
