"I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple months and every time I get a different person. This last time (4ish weeks ago) I got a younger girl and she was completely distracted the whole time and I left with Nails that were not what I asked for. Whatever I can live with ugly nails. I did the survey but nobody ever said anything. Fast forward to now and my nail looks like this, I’m still dealing with the aftermath of this girl ruining my nails and will probably take months to grow back. All my nails are wrecked and have never looked like this after getting a full set. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and years and this is never happened. I literally left bleeding and my nails were in pain and it only got worse. Like I said, she was completely distracted the whole time, this took almost 2 hours and my nails were trash. ID AVOID IF I WERE YOU!"
