"I would not buy anything expensive here. I bought a pool robot for over $1500 here less than 1 year ago. I did this because they were local and they told me "If I had any problems they would handle". The reboot broke within a few months. I took it back and they couldn't resolve. Blamed the vendor. I asked why they told me they would handle. They said the vendor "Changed their policy". I would recommend just buying stuff like this online."

"Absolutely awful. A truly bottom-of-the-barrel company. I had a service appointment confirmed for more than 2 weeks. I got 3 separate confirmations that we were set and made sure I was going to be home to accommodate. At 4pm the day before they left a voicemail cancelling and refused to answer the phone at this location. When I called the corporate office they reinstated the work and then the local shop called and cancelled once again. They won’t take any calls. Jason there is a completely inept employee and this experience perfectly exemplifies why they have the reputation they do. Avoid them at all costs and do your best to advise others the same."
