"Purchased a jacuzzi pool filter from Eddie at this store and then the O-Ring Went out again for the third time. I went to the store to purchase and Eddie assured me that it would be delivered within a few days. I called him four days later and he told me that it would be here this week. I to him that if I ordered online myself it showed to be here within a few days. He told me don’t need to worry that he already ordered it and it would be here this week. Then I called again three days later and he rudely tells me it’s not here he has no idea when it will be coming. He then tells me to order it myself online. Now I’m almost 2 1/2 weeks with no pool filter due to lack of communication. Not to mention horrible customer service."

"Really bad customer service. Especially the manager. I've stopped going to any of the Leslie's stores. This store is less than 5 minutes from my house and I rather drive 10 minutes to Pinch A Penny where they have much better customer service."
