His plan was well thought out and he anticipated issues and resolved them quickly. I highly recommend Seamco to be one of your bidders. You won't be disappointed."

"Dave sold me on a pool, paid him close to 10k deposit to start job., he never broke a blade of grass never compleated permit in 18 months. I am on fixed income, handicapped in wheel chair, I needed pool for rehab and he was aware. He is refusing to refund my deposit. Courts won't help he just ignore judgements. He is a crook!"

"The only positive experience with this company was the fact they didn't get to do the job. I met Ivan at the Tampa home show he talked a good game and took down my information even set a date and time. Fast forward I had to call him to see if he was still coming. Of course he acted as if we never communicated with each other. So I rescheduled the appointment for another day. That day arrives and still no call text email nothing. When I texted Ivan he claimed to have a family emergency ok no problem this happens right so he sends David to take the measurements so I assumed the ball will be rolling. David informed me I would receive the measurements and a price quote around 2 days. Those quotes never arrived via email and that's when I told Ivan my money was too good for him don't bother to contact me because I see a disaster in the making with their poor work ethics. Stay as far away as possible from these clowns you will be very disappointed. I haven't seen them at any more Home shows at the Fairgrounds Thank God! you will get ripped off and from these reviews I'm glad I canceled when I did."

"Saw Seamco at the Home Show Tampa fair grounds. David visited my pre-construction site, he was 1 hour early. He never called with a design or price. I called him twice each time his response was he was working on it. He was supposed to show me a design yesterday but I never heard from him its been a total of a month. What a waist of time. This company is incompetent!!!"

"Horrible. 0 stars. I found David McKinnon to be unprofessional and incompetent. I hired Seamco to build my pool. It began leaking immediately, and when I brought it to Mr. McKinnon's attention, he abandoned the job. Seamco refused to cooperate with the Better Business Bureau. I had to pursue legal action and needed to get the Hillsborough County Code Enforcement and the Consumer Protection Agency to hunt him down and force him to complete the repairs. The repairs required enlisting the services or an outside engineering firm because Seamco did not have the staff, skills, or desire to deal with the many issues. It took nearly 2 years to complete the job."
