"My daughters first actual salon experience. She went in for French braids and pink hair. She had blonde virgin hair. We had to get hair bleached before pink dye could be put in so it would stand out and stay. This is the first time bleach was ever on her head. Bleach was put in her hair at 5:55 and not taken out until 6:42. The pink hair dye was left in 12 minutes. The 1st picture is from the salon with vibrant colors (but her hair was wet.) Picture 2&3 where by the time we got to our house and it was dried. Her hair stayed in the braid for 2days (no washing) picture 4 was taken when we took down the braid. I could already notice a lot of pink that didn't stick. Picture 5 and 6 was after the first wash only 3 days after salon visit. It was $165 after I tipped I paid a total of $206. I felt like we spend entirely to much for the color to fade before even getting home. We were rushed and talked to in poor manor during the time we did spend with the stylist by our chair not in the back. Her hair is so much more dry now than it was before. It was very disappointing to my daughters confidence and It will have to be redone. UPDATE: (Pictures aren't in order when I posted them in order they got jumbled up but all are up)"

"I got Janet as my hair stylist and she truly is super sweet, but she doesn't know how to do modern-day haircuts and doesn't seem to know what she's doing. She gave me long layers and they were not blended so it's very choppy, and she cut my hair shorter than I originally wanted."

"Seriously, if you don’t know what your doing then ASK for help! This is ridiculous , I realize you are new however someone should be supervising you… very disturbing terrible haircut, hi lights horrible… Eye brows look nice though so thanks for not a complete waste of 3 hours."

"Was originally supposed to come here in May. Ended up doing something else. Decided to give it another try. Came in Tuesday to ask for an appointment Friday. Set it up and came back after an appointment Friday at 11. My stylist was awesome. She shaved my sides and mixed two colors to get a nice blue/green color on my deathhawk hairstyle. She washed my hair. Used a nice conditioner to help my scalp. We didn't have to bleach, so we straight dyed. Kept my darker roots, which she called shadow root, and dyed above it. Very enjoyable experience and would definitely go back. Definitely recommend making an appointment. They get busy. She took a few clients while I was waiting for my color to set. I was able to use a coupon for my color to get a little bit off. I will definitely be back in the future."
