"I showed the tech what I wanted and he said ok , another tech could do the design, however after he began the service, that turned out to not be something none of them could accommodate. Very frustrating. I should have left with just the fill and gone somewhere else to accommodate what I actually wanted but I politely stayed and ended up leaving really disappointed. I will not be returning."

"They my cuticle wide open taking my acrylics off. 2 mins after I left my gel polish on my thumb peeled up, they put one more top coat layer on and said I was good to go, but it was still peeling up. My pinky finger nail is bubbly, uneven and the polish isn’t even on the whole nail. I went somewhere else after I left to get my gel redone. I will never go back here, they rush their work and can’t tell you they don’t have matte top coat until they already put the color on that you wanted and won’t change it. While i was getting my gel manicure done, someone else came in complaining about chipping and peeling polish 2 days after their manicure. Do not recommend this shop."

"Never going back. This is the 3rd time I tried to get a pedicure per “walk-ins welcomed” and was told they were booked. I walked in and the lady said pick a color then she asked if I was the lady that called earlier, me being the honest person I am, I said no, but I would like to get a pedicure, a basic pedicure. That’s when they looked at each other and the clock which was 5:15pm (closing time 7pm) and stated they cannot take another appointment. I’m done never to return, even with a gift certificate."

"It was nice but I paid for a better pedicure and still felt a little roughness on the heels of my feet because they didn't use the tools to remove dead and hardened skin. Then they accidentally charged my debit card TWICE and over $200 was held by my bank for several days because of it. Overall not bad though."
