"It has been a nightmare, unfortunately learned too late and because of their incompetence I have major issues I'm trying to fix. If I wanted to repair something I would have to call repeatedly and then they would recommend to leave it not working properly. This cause my spa to be unbalanced with water pressure because it was draining everyday the pump went off. The pressure from the water having to fill it daily started causing the pipes around the inground spa to have leaks, after them not being able to fix the check valve and actuator for over 45 days with weekly requests. I have a huge leak that is going to cost me 1000s."

"Worse communication ever!! Promised to leave my pool beautiful and first said 3 weeks of pool service over the phone, then switched to 2 weeks. Funallly I didn’t get no weeks, unprofessional staff arguing in the back of my home. Doesn’t keep his word then has attitude over the phone when you ask why they never came or called when they said they would, fittings were never fixed"

"Pool pump was making loud noises and vibrating, so I called pool company and left a message. I’ve had my water treated there in past so I was familiar with the attitude and personality of the owner. The company did not call me back. No big deal, it happens. I turn off the filter to avoid the noise and issue. I come by the place and talk with them, new pool filter is needed, they don’t have it in stock. He tells me it’s ordered it and be here the next day, I should except a call. While there, several people come in for various requests. I head him say several times, “looks like I can’t have my lunch now.” I felt maybe I’m preventing him from eating cause of all my potential business. With another no call after several days, and being closed on Labor Day, I took my business elsewhere. Pool was getting gross and cloudy from filter being half on. Went to pitch a penny down the street. Wanted to go to a family owned business but the attitude and personality could be avoided."

"I hired McDowells Pool Supply to do a drain and clean on my pool. The owner had came out to give me an estimate. After getting other estimates about 10 days later I decided to go with McDowells. I called the on a Thursday to set something up. The call was very brief. I told them I wanted to move forward with the drain and clean, the guy asked if the owner already came for an estimate, I told him yes, he then said I’ll let him know. I expected somebody to call be back to schedule a day to come out to do the work. Instead Friday (the very next day), a guy showed up unexpected ready to work. I was very impressed with how fast somebody came, but a little disappointed in not being given a time or date they would come. I needed to order a water truck and wasn’t at all prepared for it. The guy that did the drain and clean did amazing. He got the work done in 1 day and did all the labor by himself. After the pool was cleaned out I was not very well informed of the next steps and when they would come out again for the chemicals. I had make the effort to call them and ask. Aside from that, they still did great and I would recommend them to any family/friends. Compare to the other estimates I got, they were very affordable too!"

"We had Matt and his wonderful team of renovation guys redo our entire deck and pool! What an unbelievable job they all did! We now have our own back yard resort! I would highly recommend him to anyone for any type of renovations!! They were all very professional and courteous and explained what was going on through out the entire process! Super Satisfied!!!"
