"Went in for a pedicure and a full set the other day. One of the lady’s was doing my pedicure and I asked for them to just file my toe nails and she basically filed them until there was nothing left. After that, she went to do my gel polish and it look so bad I had them remove all the color. After my experience with my toes, I would not let them touch my nails. Two other ladies next to me getting a pedicure had problems with the polish being clumpy and they had to redo their toes like twice. This wasn’t the first one I’ve been to this salon; I have been to there around 3 times before. Overall after my experiences yesterday, it was not the best and would not recommend."

"Usually when I go I sit with a woman and I’ve always had a great experience, this particular time I sat with a man, I’m not happy at all with his service. I sat in his chair from 2-430p, I’m more upset with myself for not getting up and leaving. From 2-430p he worked on my nails and this is the outcome…. For $50. I wish I got his name but I’ll never forget his face, never sitting with him again. Both My ring finger and pinky nails are literally lumpy. All my nails have a weird dent right in the middle showing he didn’t try to shape them up at all. For the price and the time I spent sitting with him, It’s just disappointing"

"Not happy at all. I used to frequent this place and always left satisfied. I have been here since the summer and decided to give it another try. The only lace I was manned to go to was closed; I should have waited until tomorrow. What a waste of time and money. The polish left for Ms like a 5y. Old did it. And while drying, the lady tells me her m dry, I say I’m not and she assures me I am as she ushers me out of the door. My hands are a mess by the time I take the 3-minute drive home. Sooo heated now… so can go back and have them fix it… while I’m sit and wait and r just throw my money away.. never again!!!!"
