"This was a great experience for us! Blanky fit our group of four into the schedule with her girls. The girls did a great job with the facials, manis, and pedis. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is customer oriented and friendly. We don't speak Spanish, but everything was done to make sure the language barrier wasn't a hindrance. Great job!"

"I love this place, Yai is the person I always get my nails done with, gel mani and regular pedi. Her attention to detail and just her work in general it’s super clean. Even more, she has an amazing personality and is super responsive when booking an appointment. I also know that the other girls at the miracle mile location are great too but definitely Yai is my go to."

"Not a great experience. I had a nail appointment at 11 for gel mani/ pedi. I left almost at 3pm. Spent 3 hours 2 get a manicure and pedicure. I’ve never had a person so slow do my nails and she didn’t do a good job. I left my house which i leave 3 minutes away to get a quick manicure and pedicure which in a normal place shouldn’t last more than 1 h 30 minutes maybe 2 hours tops. As soon as I get to the place the owner yells to close the door because the dogs might escape which I was ok whatever didn’t pay attention to that. But then she leaves the place and places the dogs in a kennel and the nonstop barking was out of control. I left the salon with a migraine another customer complained about it but nobody do anything. Very awkward situation. I did my appointment online with Yaimi that was recommended and when I asked for her i was told that she was working at another salon. I don’t know the whole experience was not good which is a shame because I had sent my 2 stepdaughters on Saturday and everything went well. So I decided to try it. I ended up spending almost $20 in parking since they took so long. At the end of the day I ended up spending almost $100 between $65 plus tip plus parking definitely not worth it"
