"Writing this review with some compassion because I totally understand things happen out of our control sometimes, and the stylists were very sweet. However, I think it’s a good moment for a lesson to the staff/owner. I drove in from Orlando today for a wedding and arrived at my appointment on time. The stylists (and the current customer) apologized and let me know they were running behind because the customer had arrived late. I even said I would be happy to go with another stylist but apparently, the other stylist was also busy. Since I drove in straight to my appointment, my husband and 5 month old baby were in the car. As you can imagine, it was not feasible to leave my baby in the car for an extra half hour — at least — to wait for the stylist to be done. So, I had to leave without getting my blow out. I am very disappointed. In the beauty industry, it is common practice to adjust a clients service if they arrive late… not penalize the next appointment. I appreciate how nice they were about it, but doesn’t change the fact that I was unable to get my hair done… despite making my appointment weeks ago."
