"Glad I called before buying the Groupon as “they do not use Groupon” even though their salon is ON Groupon. Hate to be rude but the stylist did not listen to me at all what I wanted to be a simple trim and blow dry ended up being more cut off than I wanted, layers, as well as additional styling which I didn't ask for that I also got upcharged for, ended up being way more than the “promised” price matched to Groupon price. Be wary and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else one of worst salon experiences I’ve had."

"The salon owner is Italian , he doesn't speak or understand one word in English. He is extremely blunt and rude. Don't advertise on Groupon if you will harass customers and don't want customers using Groupon! I was nonstop harassed for at least the first 30-45 minutes about him not wanting to accept Groupon, when I already paid for the voucher. I would NEVER return and don't recommend you going there either. I paid through Groupon. I definitely paid, the payment went through on my end. This place had the audacity to not only call me 3 times around noon (while I am at work so of course I didn't see the missed calls nor did I answer them.) They must have googled my name and tried to call my job. WHO does that! Heads up: if they ask you to write down your full name, give them a FAKE name. So I blocked their number and if they call my job ever, my job will proceed to block their number also. This salon is literally crazy. I don't care what products they use, I will literally go anywhere else. Don't support this business. The salon was totally empty when I was there- I wonder why! Shocker. I regret giving anyone any tip $ there, I won't support businesses who harass clients. Goodbye! If I hear from you again from my cell # or from my job, I will file a harassment complaint. I will also go to the BBB."
