"To be fair, I need to say that I have been to this spa before and had a good experience with a massage in the past - they also offer a beauty salon next door to the massage area. In November, I went for a massage, and while I was there, the lady on the desk told me they were running a special for couples massages through the end of the year and would I like to book one. I said yes, absolutely and made an appointment. The appointment was for a couples massage for my husband and me - it was part of his Christmas gift. The appointment was made for 5 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 28th and my husband was particularly looking forward to it as he has a bad back. When we got there at 4:45 p.m. the massage entry was locked, lights were out with a sign saying closed. We went next door to the beauty salon which was open, and asked the lady in charge what the deal was. Oh, its closed she said, the ladies who give the massages are on vacation in Colombia! She apologized profusely, took my name and phone number and promised to get in touch with us the minute they got back from vacation. Needless to say, it is now the second week in February, I have given them six weeks to contact me and nothing. Needless to say, they have lost our business."
