"this was by far thee worst salon experience i’ve ever had in my life. i came in asking for french toes and a french full set. when the older man was performing my pedicure he was snatching and yanking me so hard i was sliding down the chair i informed him he was being too rough and he told me that’s too bad. he repeatedly asked me over and over if i’m sure i wanted french. he ended up doing some ugly color and design and i told him i didn’t like it he changed it and then proceeded to do my nails. again i asked for a french full set. that didn’t happen either. i have these extra large extra square nails that are PINK not french but some ugly pink color. i paid and made sure to inform them i was unsatisfied. i paid $90 for services i did not want. i will never be back and someone should definitely inform the BBB of the terrible customer service and the discrimination of certain clientele in this poorly run establishment if i could give no stars i would."
