"The pharmacy is really horrible here. Very poor customer service.. super super slow. They make account mistakes all the time.. my husband is constantly getting text and calls about my prescriptions with us a HUGE HIPPA violation. They hang up on you when you call after you’ve been on hold for 20 mins or send u to voicemail. They tell you your prescription is ready then when u get there it’s not yet filled .. I will definitely be transferring my services to a new pharmacy going forward."
"I spent more than 40 minutes in the drive thru lane and when I got there they told me that lane was for COVID tests only, they failed to put a sign in the column before you get to the window. So, when I went to the window I wasn’t able to pickup my prescription and I wasn’t the only one who had the same problem."
"About 6 months ago they removed the products that qualify for the 25 dollars free insurance that gives the patients of the shelf where they were separated and the client had the opportunity to choose, now these products are watered throughout the pharmacy, there is no listing For one to know which ones can be chosen, the reality is that I finish every month losing products, nor do the staff know what products they are, they say they took it off because every month the list changes, so I ask myself? Who suffers the concussion, we the customers ??? So simple once a month update the shelf !!!!!"
