"Rich is amazing. Always on time and keeps our pool in top notch shape. He took over our pool care when we first moved to Dunedin about 4 years ago. Actually he took it over before we made our official permanent move from So Illinois. Even though at the time we weren’t always in town, we never had to worry. When we first took ownership of our home the previous owner used a different pool service and the pool was a disaster. We fired that company and called Rich who had been referred to us. I wasn’t sure the pool was salvageable but in no time at all, Rich had it sparkling. At some point he realized we probably had a leak and referred us to someone who came out, located the leak and repaired it immediately. A couple of years ago he installed a pool heater for us to use in the winter when the water temperatures drop. Rich does not use any subcontractors. We just can’t speak highly enough regarding Penny Rich Pool Services. The price is right. The service is wonderful. You can’t go wrong with this pool service."

"Hired pennyrich to swap out a OME T Cell for my salt water pools for an aftermarket that I thought would work. And I let Rich know that this was not a OME cell. When Rich came to this house he did it without anybody being here and proceeded to complain to Ron Don pools, who referred me to Rich, that he wasted his time because I bought the wrong product. Rich and Ron then decided to badmouth me over text that Ron added me too. I called them both out on it. And called them unprofessional for badmouthing a customer. Do not work with either one of these companies for their lack of professionalism."
