"We contracted them to build our pool and deck. The owner came out and talked a great game and promised it would get done in a timely manner. Well, it took 8 months for them to finish it and ripped the electric meter off the side of my house when they hit the power line while digging. The foundation of my house was exposed and washed out because the hole was open for so long. Upon completion, they offered me a deal to maintain it to make up for the time it took. The service was good for a while but became sporadic when they started losing techs. The management insisted that it was being done, but I have cameras that prove that it wasn’t and , when it was, they were only spending 5 minutes start to finish. The pool deck developed major cracks due to an oversight on their part( no expansion joint where the deck joined an old slab), and after a year of reporting it the owner came and looked and said he would have someone come to repair it in a couple of weeks. Well, that was on January 11, it is now August 23 and I never heard another word from the company. I see several positive posts here, but all I can say is, get everything in writing and have a completion date with penalties if it’s not done."

"This company promised when we did our bid that they would be out every week except the week between Christmas and New Years. We believed it. They have not shown up two weeks in a row and I’ve had to call at least twice before this incident to report that our pool had not been cleaned on it’s scheduled day. When I confronted them this last time asking when the service would be performed they told me the pool was cleaned yesterday. I have camera footage directly of the pool and no one was at our pool at all. This happened once before, but I let it slide assuming since we were new to the service maybe the house was missed by accident or something. When they do come the pool looks great and that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1, but lately myself and my siblings who also used this service have had to call or email each week to get them to show up. Communications is key. If you’re not coming tell me why or when you’ll make it out next and definitely do not lie. Editing this as I heard back from management and they were willing to take extra steps to try to keep our business, but unfortunately the damage is done on our end. Management team seems to really care."
