"Horrible experience! They do not know how to take care of salt water pools. I called the owner multiple times left messages and texts with no response after damage was done to the pool after a so called cleaning visit. I highly recommend to not use this company if you have a salt water pool."

"I can’t tell you how MANY times we spoke to “Eric” about how bad our pool looks, green and uncared for, yet nothing is ever done about it except that we kept getting charged. The girl who showed up to “clean” the pool was never there for more than 10 minutes and did nothing. The pump even stopped working and she said she didn’t even notice, even though the pool was obviously getting bad. When I said we were canceling our account with them, he asked if he could please go out on Monday and look at the pool. Yup, you got it, he never showed up, and there are people there all the time due to work being done on the farm, and they told me no one showed up to check the pool. I feel that since this pool was so badly taken care of, yet, conveniently for them they continued to charge us, that we should receive a refund for the past 6 months. This issue will be returned to in short time. We were simply used for auto pays without getting any service."
