"ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I went into Moonline , it’s not far from my office . I asked kindly for a gel top coat ( I got my nails done 10 days prior & my top coat was chipping) Someone greeted me & asked me repeatedly what I wanted . I informed her just to file off this current gel top coat & just paint it over . She kept touching my nails & asking me if I wanted to do my nails over . I said no , I just need the top coat. She turned around ( to the empty shop) & said “ I have to wait for appointments “ I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time . This was no more than 5-7 minutes . I was already in there maybe 5 minutes talking to her . I told her I had to get back to work & couldn't wait for her appointments to show . I said I can just go if she can’t take me . She looked at me & said “ yeah. Go somewhere else” I have never been so disgusted & disappointed in service anywhere . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. she gave me very nasty vibes . She was upset I denied extra services & wanted my gel top coat"

"This place is very clean. I called last minute to come in for a pedicure and they where able accommodated me. When I arrived I did have a short wait about 10 minutes, which was pretty good considering I called last minute. The lady who did my pedicure did good, at first, but when she started to do the polish I asked her nicely that I wanted a pink tone under the French, she kept cutting me off telling me she knows what she’s doing. And I respectfully said yes I understand I just want you to use the pink under tone. She was almost done and I said if I could please get a second coat and she cut me off ONCE again and told me she knows what’s she’s doing and to let her finish and proceeded to put the top coat on INSTEAD of the pink coat I had asked for. And I just smiled and let her finish. So sadly I really wanted to give them 5 starts. But customer service and listening to what your client wants is super important. I will try again possibly with someone else."
