"I would like to give a big shout out to Deborah at the return desk. She was very patient and kind and helping me make a large return. She did not give me a hard time she did not question me like I’m a thief and one of the pants that had a Tracker on it that was accidentally not removed and shipped to me. She handled in a friendly and comfortable manner. Macy’s needs more help like her! Thank you so much and happy holidays."
"Love shopping here for events as they have amazing dresses and suits. Usually empty so easy to find things but the staff isn't usually helpful."
"Got followed by 2 black men and 1 caucasian 2 white or hispanic women, one with a tattoo and one without a tattoo woman, she went in the dresser posed as a customer looking at us from behind and the other was touching 3 things and staring directly at us and two black men on their phones were staring towards us as well they were touching random things and the men were laughing at us so it was obvious and they're asset protection team sucks. The suit was beautiful but they ruined the mom son senior shopping experience I wanted, it made me sad to be profiled in the year of 2023 what a shame on this store, and she isnt getting hired anywhere else with them low quality tattoos."
