"I bought a grupon for a brazilian wax and it said an appointment was required so i called and made my appointment for Thursday 6/6/19 at 1:30pm At around 1:22pm the waxing lady calls me that i am late for my 1pm appointment i informed her that she was wrong with my appointment that i had asked for it to be at 1:30 and that i was a few minutes away, she said ok i will wait for you .I got there at 1:34 (my appointment i asked for was at 1:30) and she told me she could no longer service me she was not doing anything as i walked in. I told her but you called me a few minutes ago and told me you would wait on me and she said she would wait for me but that i took more than “a few minutes” to get there. Didn’t get waxed. Made the 30 minute drive out there for nothing. Worst service ever, super rude and unprofessional"
