White Orchid Nail Lounge

"I went with my friend to get our nails done together. About 5 mins into my manicure i asked the manicurist to please not cut my cuticles (i easily get infections). She acted like i had insulted her and proceded to paint my nails right after, without giving me the full manicure service. Basically she gave me a color change. My friend’s manicure, who was right beside me, easily took 20 mins more (a regular manicure). I asked her why i didnt get the full service and she said i did when it evidently was not a manicure (just file and paint; i have my friend’s service right next to me to compare to. The lady proceded to want to charge me for an entire manicure and i insisted she did not give me the service. When i did, she said to her coworker “she had to be Colombian.” Wow! I talked to the receptionist who called the manager. The manager said i had to pay for the entire manicure regardless! I didnt even get to speak to her. I should have been smarter and not paid. But i dont want trouble. So i paid for the full manicure for a nail filing, paint, and a racial insult. I dont NEED to get my nails done. I do it because its supposed to be a fun experience. Instead i get a mean, unprofessional and racist manicurist, and a manager who doesnt put customers first. There are a thousand nail salons in weston. It is not worth it to come here and risk getting this experience."

"I came here a year ago and only grew then a good review cause the women were nice. This time I walked in after calling and they didn't even look up or care to welcome ne. Finally one woman called on another who was on the phone watching videos. And although I explained my problem over the phone (three broken nails) they did not help me. So I left."

"My mom and I were on vacation and needed a place to get our nails done. I must say that Ash did an amazing job. She was fast and very skilled at what she does. We loved her customer service and how she greeted every client by her name."

"Bringing my girlfriend to the nail salon is always a chore. However this time the experience was great. Typically nail salons have an odd small, however this one was super clean and actually smelled great. The staff were super nice and took care of all my girlfriends request. This was one of the first times I actually didn’t mind waiting at the nail salon since it was super clean. They all wore mask and adhered to COVID protocols which is very important to my girlfriend and myself. Was happy to pay at the end of the session. Everything she wanted was done quickly and the experience was overall amazing."

"The job was not clean and good... acrílic was by all my daughtet fingers... Also nails where not even and bigger than her nails base.... Ashlee the manicurist did not clean her cuticles, she only put the acrylics in the same condition as my daughter's hands arrived to the salon, it was not an optimal job, I was waiting for them to do an impeccable manicure so that the work would look optimal. ... The manicurist indicated that this was not usually done, which is not true, a bad job because it is a girl is completely unacceptable, we came to this site for the reviews .... unfortunate"
