"If I could -5 stars I would. The experience Ana gave me and my grandmother was atrocious. She is lucky to still have a job because her customer service needs some serious work she was so rude to us and we are regular customers for years. That’s why i don’t go to you guys anymore. When I can get better customer service and prices at haircuttery honestly I can’t justify how you guys are even still in business. There’s no compensation in the world that can make up for what Ana did. I will not recommend your company to anyone I care about."
