"This company started the pool, and then disappeared, leaving the yard in a complete mess and the pool far from finished. Last I heard, they were being prosecuted for not having a license."

"We contracted with them and got started. I was envious of their short work days the entire time. During this time I found out I was facing serious health challenges and needed rest to recuperate. Due to the location of our master to where work would be performed, we asked them for a break so I could have quiet. We finally got scheduled (or so we thought), to start up, gave them a check and it took calling them constantly to get them to come out after several weeks. We could not even get a timeline or communication from them. We kept hearing that they have trouble scheduling concrete, which is funny because we've gotten concrete scheduled ourselves for a lot we have nearby, and that was within days of calling. We were then told OK it's time for tile so pick one of only four choices. None of these were of good quality and anything like we described to them so they told us find and purchase our own tile, which our contract includes tile. We got the tile and it just sat for two weeks before they came back. The steps were off center and the tanning ledge was too tiny to accommodate ledge loungers which they knew we wanted to begin with. They agreed to fix it but then stopped showing up, taking calls or returning texts. They finally came back to "fix" it after over two week hiatus and made it look terrible. We can't get ahold of them so I call the building dept. And they inform us the company had no permit, they'd let it expire. I call the company about this repeatedly and they didn't attempt to fix it for weeks. They finally fixed their paperwork over two weeks ago but have not been back or communicated with us since. We've also been told by multiple people that they've bragged they intend to plaster over this terrible work and leave us hanging, and that if they see us out they'll hurt us. They've also falsely tons people we've only paid them $15k and they're not working on our pool because we won't pay them. I have copies of the checks signed and cashed by Michael Anderson totaling $41,500. Photos attached are what we have gotten for $41,500 with NO pool equipment and tile we paid for out of pocket. We are now working with an attorney and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations on this."

"During the spring of 2021 I contacted Precision Pools asking for an estimate for building an in ground pool on my property. Shortly after that Gabe Anderson (owner’s son) stopped by asking my wife and me multiple questions regarding our thoughts and desires concerning a pool. He also presented many additional options for us to consider. After careful consideration (we had also consulted with other area pool builders) my wife and I decided to go with Precision Pools as our builder. Mike Anderson (owner) and Gabe then returned to go over pool layout and the specific options we desired. They laid out the pool outline in our yard and allowed us to make any adjustments we wanted. With all the information we collected and discussed, they provided us a detailed estimate that included all costs. That estimate turned out to be a kept promise. With a signed contract in place we were committed to Precision Pools and they also were committed to us. With that, permits were requested by Gabe Anderson and later approved. Early in June 2021 the digging started and work continued to completion in late August 2021. The only delays encountered were due to the monsoon like rains we had during the entire build process. Mike and Gabe Anderson, along with their crew, were onsite everyday unless rain prohibited work. Working with the builders was a terrific experience. I was kept informed of the process and enjoyed the explanations, updates, and training they provided. Communication was excellent as the build progressed. In time I got to know all involved very well. They were a pleasure to work with. In fact, my wife and I considered them family and they treated us the same. They earned my trust and respect as I watched them go through the entire complex project. Every time my wife or I had a question they took the time to answer and explain. Through the heat, humidity, and rain delays, they remained positive. We all respected our business relationship and still became friends. I looked forward to each day and enjoyed their company. My pool is now complete and I’ve come to appreciate their attention to detail. It was evident in everything they did. During the build my wife and I decided to add a few extras/upgrades. That aside, the final bill remained exactly as initially estimated. The cost of extras were explained and agreed to as they occurred. In the end there were no surprise expenses. The price was as promised. My wife and I now have a beautiful pool that exceeded all our expectations. We also have some great friends who happen to be in the pool business."

The owner, Mike Anderson, and his son, Gabe, were very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions as well as those of my wife. The finished product exceeded my expectations. "Very poor service! In less than one year I have had five items replace on the mechanical side. I have also had a leak for 9 months that they would not fix. My husband was told that they do not like to work with women. Leak is still not fixed and now they are not returning my calls. Whatever you do don’t use this company."
