They were committed from the beginning to help us design the best possible custom pool for our family, and walk us through every step of the way with excellent communication and honest feedback on our project.The entire crew was very knowledgeable and professional and we couldn’t be more pleased with our beautiful pool. After the project was completed, we received a thorough “pool school” along with a comprehensive manual on all of our equipment and a tutorial on how to properly test and treat our water chemistry with a test kit. We were also told what chemicals to have on hand and instructed on the routine maintenance of our pool. The company is very responsive even after they signed off on our project for any question or concern. After 5 months of pool ownership, we are happy to say that we still have a sparkling pool thanks to the guidance and information from Riviera! This company is truly a class act and we highly recommend them."
