"Hotel was right by the Foley Event center where we needed to be. Rooms were clean and the sofa bed was clean and we had all the appropriate linens for it already in the room. Only complaint is breakfast isn’t served until 7 on weekends which, when you have to leave at 7 puts you finding somewhere else to eat."
"This room was horrible. The sofa bed has absolutely no padding with coils sticking out and extremely uncomfortable. The front desk wouldn’t give me an extra blanket to try and pad the mattress a bit. It was the worst night I have spent in a hotel."
"We are from San Diego California, Hotel is very nice and clean. Personal is amazing, especially Flo. What an amazing woman. She makes you feel right at home. Very nice, very nice lady!!"
"The rooms are so beautiful and the place is so clean, HOWEVER, the front desk lady was beyond rude. They over charged me for my rooms, my email says $219 per room, they charged me $288. We checked in the night do 11/24 and on the morning of 11/25 I went down to the front desk to correct this. I was trying to explain this and she was cutting me off and would not let me speak or show her my email. She stated that they do not have any rooms for that price and that we can get a receipt when we check out and rudely asked if we were doing that now, we had just checked in the previous night and she had our reservation so she knew we weren’t checking out right then. She repeatedly interrupted me telling me that I was wrong. I told her I spoke with Brent and would like to speak with him and she said that she was the manager…. I didn’t ask to speak with the manager, I wanted to speak with Brent. He was very kind on the phone when I made the reservation so I was taken back by the rudeness of this lady"
"Initially, we checked in and were greeted by, I think, his name was "Rob"; he does sales at the property. He immediately recognized our status and made sure we had a nice room. He was pretty much the highlight of the stay, being checked in by him. The negative of the property; The gym floors do not appear as if they have ever been cleaned. I saw the same dirt and grime on the floor throughout my entire visit while at the property. The room did not have a working garbage disposal. The floors are the thinnest floors I have ever experienced at a hotel (If you read through the threads, others complain about this too). If you get down to breakfast anytime past 7:45 AM, Walmart is better civilized than this place. It is beyond crowded, and the waffle machine, forget trying even to use that. The staff is not on top of this area's madhouse, as there were a lot of items not restocked. I would describe how condescending and mean Peggy at the front desk is. But, in the end, I do not think it will make a big difference with management. We had several interactions with her in person and on the phone over several days. For people to say she was helpful or has been helpful in the past must be dealing with a completely different Peggy than we watched over our entire trip while we were there. Would I stay here again, not unless there was no other option. I would have to be on the 4th floor and use whatever side door possible to try and avoid any form if interaction with Peggy."
