"I scheduled an appointment, and when I walked in the lady stared at my hair and said, “Ouuu natural hair takes much longer I have to leave by 5.” I wondered why she even took my appointment if she is supposed to be a professional (Maybe semi professional)! Because of my NATURAL hair it would take too much time.."

"The disappointment. Called to see if I needed to set an appointment for a silk press. She said come on in the very next day in the morning. Was satisfied because everyone was booked. I asked her does wash come with this she said yes. Soon as I get there, she looks at me and said "Oh you're natural not permed" from there I should walk my happy self out the door. But I needed this wash. She felt my hair said "$60 is the lowest she could do." I told her "no problem" I gives 0 when it comes to my hair. My hair is my baby so I'm willing to spend whatever. When I tell you I had the most unbelievable wash ever. Meaning I can't even say it was a wash. She didn't even wash it at all. I mean she did. One shampoo no scrubs. Nothing. Disappointed. Like my hair literally smells like wet dog. Then she conditions my hair. At that point I should of really walked my happy self out the door but no. Sat on her chair. She did what she did. Then cut my hair. My total came to 89.00. I gave her a 5 dollar tip because I was disappointed. At first I didn't even want to tip her. Trust and believe me when I get my hair done. I tip my hairstylist between 20-60. Depend on the hair and interactions. She failed me. So disappointed. Should of just waited for this other person that was going to charge me $75 but I couldn't go because she was book all month of May. Yikes. Never again. Ohhh BTW thanks for suggesting a trim even though it really wasn't a trim."
