"Just tried to return a lighted magnifying mirror that was not functioning as I was told it would. The suction cups were too small for the mirror, so it kept falling off my large mirror and damaging items on my bathroom counter top. When I tried to return it, the cashier stated I had to give them my phone number in order to get the amount credited back to my account. I asked for the manager who happened to be standing nearby. I told her that was wrong and she said, "I know" then smiled and said that was their store policy. I have had bad luck giving out my phone number, and told them that, but they did not care. So, I left the malfunctioning mirror and walked out of the store and obviously am not shopping there again. Because of that policy they are basically thieves and do not care about their customers."
