"Went in to buy birthday party invitations and decorations to match. Had to hunt down an associate. She said I don’t know if we have any. Walked away and came back and said we don’t sell invitations. Why would you not sell invitations. I’ll just order on Amazon but I really wanted to support our stores in town."

"Less than impressive service, orders were placed well in advance of pickup and no one seemed to have any idea what was on them. Got 2 of the 3 orders and only after me insisting there was a third and basically just standing at the counter waiting on someone to come back to help while the person who was helping just began helping other people, the manager found our order under a trash bag full of inflated balloons. One of the handles was ripped on one of the bags as well and no one seemed all that eager to do anything about it so I just left. Orders were accurately picked and products seem decent but the in store staff were less than helpful and didn't seem to want to be there."

"They had quite a lot of items here. Some of the arrangement of the store was a bit wonky to me though cause some items you would expect to be in one place were in a completely other area. Price was also a bit on the price side. Good part is they had about everything I needed for my sons one year birthday. Cute blue items i wanted for the color theme and specific first birthday things to make it more specific. They also had a huge selection of helium balloons. Given the questionable store arrangement and the price id give a 3."
